The creative sector reshapes markets and cultures. We work to provide security and tailored guidance in an environment that never stops changing.
At OLBA, we see Law as a tool for strategy and enablement, not as a set of barriers. With over ten years of experience working alongside production companies, artists, platforms, agencies, and creative entrepreneurs, we have learned that legal support only works when it is integrated into the process — and when it speaks the same language as those who create, produce culture, technologies, and innovations. Our understanding and hands-on experience in the intellectual capital market allow us to act with speed and clarity, without losing the technical rigor essential for secure decisions aligned with best practices. The mission is simple: to transform complexity into flow, risk into strategy, and ideas into reality.
We operate as a strategic hub connected to an active network of professionals, specialists, and stakeholders across the creative, technological, and regulated markets.
This structure allows us to work with closeness, agility, and technical depth, adapting teams, strategies, and solutions to the complexity of each project. We move seamlessly between the creative, business, and institutional spheres — from the film set to the regulatory environment, from contracts to public policy. The result is legal counsel integrated into our clients’ reality: direct, consistent, collaborative, and prepared to deal with innovation, risk, and transformation.
